I’ve started something! And I’d love you to be a part of it. I am passionate about driving systemic equity & inclusion across our education system in a way that focuses on equity & inclusion for all. Some of you may like to get involved & maybe even donate some advice, efforts, time & energy. Over the past few years I’ve spoken to hundreds of people globally so this community is an effort to bring people together who share a passion for equity in education & prepared to try & make things better. Starting with an interest in gender equity in schools, it quickly became evident that the inequities in our education system are intersectional, & extend into early childhood & tertiary education. We support equity for all including but not limited to:
• Funding
• Gender & sex
• Neurodiversity & disability
• LGBTQI+
• Race & multiculturalism

We in the community acknowledge the many who have been fighting for equity in different ways for many years. We want to collaborate, align & bring people together, not compete. We will be action & outcome focused; taking on wicked problems to positively move the needle on equity & inclusion in education nationally, systemically.
